Project Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, MO
Labconco is a manufacturer of Laboratory Products and we are hiring for a Project Coordinator. You would be responsible for service to our dealers throughout the life cycle of a project. This would include reviewing the request for the quote, development the custom product request forms, developing a cost spreadsheet, and quotation for the project to interested dealers. If the quote is accepted, then you would manage the project through the manufacturing and installation process acting as a conduit between the dealer and company.
Requirements
- Project review and take off for smaller quantity architecturally specified projects
- Generate custom product forms if needed
- Develop cost spreadsheet on project
- Develop and send quotation
- Provide all required submittal documentation, coordinating with Submittal/BIM Coordinator as needed for drawings as needed
- Order entry in ERP system
- Assist manufacturing and dealer in scheduling the project for shipment
- Answer incoming calls from Furniture Dealers requesting information on orders, products, returns, and problems
- Support Sales Representatives
- Log all communications (including quotes) in Salesforce to ensure the success of our CRM across the board
