Looking for a new nitrogen evaporator but not sure which to choose? Do you go with a water bath or is it time to try something a little... dryer? Our RapidVap Vertex Dry Block Evaporator has many advantages over a water bath version. A dry block eliminates the chance of cross contamination because there are no water droplets to get into the samples. The Vertex directs a stream of nitrogen directly over the surface of the samples to start the evaporation process.
