The CHANNEL MANAGER manages relationships with our dealers & channel partners, supporting programs and activities required to drive growth. You would monitor channel performance, conducts business reviews, implement training sessions, and support partner initiatives. You would be responsible for maintaining Labconco's top tier status and rankings through dealer performance systems.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review & conduct monthly/quarterly business performance reviews with key dealers & channel partners
  • Manage & maintain Labconco preferred supplier status within key dealer supplier tiering programs
  • Monitor Labconco performance against key dealer scorecard metrics, working with dealer team & internal Labconco team to maintain Labconco performance levels.
  • Implement training activities for partners’ teams (sales, application, customer service, etc) as needed/required/allowed.
  • Develop & support new channels for growth (i.e. GPO’s)

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


This position is in person with up to 30% potential travel.
