International Support Specialist

Provides exceptional support to the Sales Department, distributors, and end users worldwide concerning quotations, stock availability, orders, delivery and compliance. This representative would be working mostly with Europe, Middle East and Africa.
English speaking required, additional proficient language skills preferred.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process orders for all of International distributors assigned to a specific territory.
- Assist sales associates with quotes while traveling.
- Acknowledge, monitor, maintain and follow up on orders to assure timely delivery to the customers.
- File all correspondence associated with orders in Paper Vision.
- Issue, maintain and close Return Material Authorizations when products are defective or damaged.
- Prepare export documents for international shipments.
- Work directly with forwarders to schedule shipments and ensure orders ship on their due date.
- Handle letters of credit and ensure that they are valid and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract sale.
- Coordinate orders with Engineering for custom made products.
- Assist the Accounting Department as the mediator to ensure customers are aware of their accounts receivable status.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding technical information, pricing and delivery time on products.
