These terms and conditions apply only to internet purchases made through Labconco’s website, www.labconco.com and other affiliated company-owned websites. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown are in U.S. dollars. You can confirm current prices and availability with Labconco Customer Service by calling at 816-333-8811 or 800-821-5525. Quotations are firm for thirty (30) days.
Customers
Only entities with a shipping address to U.S. may purchase on Labconco’s site, www.labconco.com. For customer purchases shipping to locations outside the U.S., please contact Labconco at 816-333-8811 for Terms & Conditions.
Payment
Labconco accepts Visa, Mastercard, and customer purchase order. Use of a purchase order is subject to credit approval. Terms of Payment are Net 30 days with established credit. Labconco shall have no liability or warranty obligation while the purchaser is delinquent in making any payment due to Labconco.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes (local, state or federal) will be added to the sales price. If tax exempt, please contact Labconco prior to placing order.
Product Design Changes
Product design and specifications are subject to change without notice. Items for purchase on www.labconco.com may differ from the photograph shown.
Shipments
Freight charges are visible at time of checkout. Options for expediting delivery and the cost for each option are shown. Shipments are FOB origin. If your shipment is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the freight carrier and make a notation on the carrier’s freight documents. Labconco Corporation is not responsible for shipping damages. Customer is responsible for providing appropriate means for receiving materials.
Delivery
Labconco is not liable for any claim, loss, or consequential damages caused in whole or in part due to delay or failure to make delivery when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by an act of God; labor dispute; transportation problems; inability or delay in obtaining labor, material or products form usual sources; material shortages; accident; military action; act of war; act of purchaser; or by any other contingency beyond Labconco’s reasonable control. In such event, the date of delivery or time for completion shall be postponed to compensate for the delay.
Returns
Merchandise may not be returned to Labconco without Labconco's written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Contact Labconco Customer Service Department for a return goods authorization (RGA) number, return shipping instructions and information on restocking charges (if applicable).
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of $25 exclusive of tax and shipping.
